Auto-suggestion setting

How can I set options for Auto-suggestions for the target language and done with it? It seems I need to change the setting every time I start a new project. In particular, I am looking for a way to get rid of the unwanted "day of the week" in the Korean target language when the source (English) simply reads the month and the date.
